As such, we are passionately and fanatically dedicated to enforcing quality. It starts with raw material selection, progresses to each stage of manufacturing followed by testing and packaging.

Our emphasis on quality is underlined by a separate quality section wing and quality test personnel who works independently of regular staff. There are no compromises because we know lives depend on our quality products.

Manufacturing

Over the years, we have expanded our manufacturing units and are equipped with four manufacturing units in Delhi and Madhya Pradesh to meet the ever growing needs of the electrical accessories markets in India and the world. In all our units we have installed the latest automated equipments for high speed manufacturing with automated quality tests. The result of high speed production is lowered costs that we pass on to end users. We obtain raw materials such as PVC sheets and these are further processed on automatic cutting and adhesive layering equipments. Manufacturing facility in each location has a separate section for quality tests prior to packaging and approval. Each inch of the tape undergoes tests for pinholes, adhesive quality and insulation resistance among other parameters. Quality is as much due to sophisticated equipments in our facility as it is due to the presence of committed, qualified and trained personnel ranging from electrical engineers and mechanical engineers to plant supervisors and even technicians manning the equipments.
